3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data are processed for the purposes of receiving, evaluating and responding to your contact requests; concluding quote and information requests; establishing and conducting a commercial relationship upon request; and fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data are processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — "processing of personal data of the parties to a contract being necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract" (Art. 5/2-c) and "processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" (Art. 5/2-f) — and, where necessary, on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes listed above, to legally authorised public institutions and organisations and to the infrastructure provider whose services are used for the technical transmission of the contact form. The map display service on our website is provided by Google LLC; if the map area is displayed, the related data processing is subject to Google's own policies.
6. Collection Method
Your personal data are collected electronically, by non-automatic means, through the contact form on our website.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data are retained for as long as required by the processing purposes and, in any case, for the limitation periods prescribed by the applicable legislation; at the end of this period they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone has the right, by applying to the data controller, to:
- Learn whether their personal data are being processed,
- Request information if their personal data have been processed,
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data are used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom their personal data are transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction of their personal data if processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request deletion or destruction of their personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
- Object to a result arising against them from the analysis of their data exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of their personal data.
You may exercise these rights using the application method described in Section 9 below.

You may submit your requests concerning the rights listed above, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to Değirmenbahçe Cad. Your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature.
